Track 4: Self-Love Affirmations – Positive affirmations for loving yourself with a background of soothing music and nature sounds. Say the words along with Susan or just let them resonate within your heart and mind. They have life-changing power. The affirmations include: I love myself exactly the way I am, I deserve the best of everything. I am part of a perfect universe, therefore I, too, am perfect.
